Tastytimes LLC, based in the State of Utah, United States, is the data controller responsible for personal information processed through the App. You can reach us through the Contact us option in the app's Settings menu or at support@toddlertastytimes.com.

This policy applies to parents, legal guardians, and authorized adult caregivers who create an account and use the App. The App is intended for use by adults on behalf of toddlers and young children. Children do not create their own accounts and should not interact with the App directly.

• Identity and contact data: your name, email address, and password (or the identifier returned by a social sign-in provider).
• Child profile data you choose to enter: first name or nickname, age or birth date, height and weight, allergies, dietary preferences, and notes. Allergy details may be treated as health-related information in some regions.
• User content: saved recipes, meal plans, shopping lists, pantry ingredients, and preferences.
• Support and feedback data: messages, ratings, and categories you send us.
• Transaction data: subscription plan, status, billing period, and payment-provider identifiers. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Technical and usage data: device and browser type, approximate region, pages viewed, actions taken, and error diagnostics.

You choose what to enter about your child. Provide only what you're comfortable sharing, and avoid sensitive information that is not needed for meal planning.

We use the information above to:

• Provide the App and its features, including saving toddler profiles, meal plans, and recipes to your account.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.

• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
• Monitor, diagnose, and improve the App.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Where required by law, we rely on the following legal bases to process your information: performance of our agreement with you (to provide the App), your consent (for optional features you enable), our legitimate interests (to secure, maintain, and improve the App), and compliance with legal obligations.

The App uses AI to help generate meal suggestions and related content. Inputs you provide (such as ingredients, preferences, and toddler profile details) may be sent to our AI service providers to produce responses. Please avoid entering information you do not want processed by an AI provider. AI output is generated automatically, may be inaccurate, and is not medical or nutritional advice.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Paddle.com Market Ltd, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, which receives your name, email address, billing address, and transaction details in order to process payments, calculate tax, issue invoices, and handle refunds. Paddle processes this data under its own privacy notice at paddle.net.
• Service providers that host our infrastructure, database, authentication, analytics, error reporting, and AI features, under contracts that limit their use of the information.
• Authentication providers you choose to sign in with (for example Google or Apple), which handle their portion of the sign-in flow under their own policies.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

We store your data with reputable cloud providers and use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect it, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete an item (such as a toddler profile or saved recipe), it is removed from active use in the App. If you delete your account, we remove or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where we rely on it.
• Request a portable copy of information you provided.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

You can edit or delete toddler profiles and saved content from within the App, and update your account details in settings. To make other requests, contact us using the details below.

The App is intended for use by adult parents, guardians, and caregivers, not by children directly. We do not knowingly create accounts for children, and we ask you not to let a child use your account or enter their own information. Toddler profile details you provide are used only to power meal-planning features for your household. If you believe a child has provided information to us directly, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than the one you live in. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

The App may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their policies before providing information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above, and where appropriate provide additional notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
