Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Toddler tasty times Pro. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of your purchase or renewal charge. We honor eligible refund requests received within that 30-day window.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends to avoid being billed. If you are charged after a trial you meant to cancel, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.

Contact us through the Contact us option in the app's Settings menu, or email support@toddlertastytimes.com with the email address used for the purchase and the date of the charge. We respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

You may also contact our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, at paddle.net for help with any transaction.

You can cancel at any time from Settings, Billing and plan, in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not automatically trigger a refund, so please request one if you are within the 30-day window.

Requests made more than 30 days after a charge are handled at our discretion. We may decline refunds where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or repeated refund requests on the same account. Where local consumer law grants you stronger rights, those rights apply.

Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, which handles payment, billing, invoicing, tax, and refunds on our behalf. Charges appear on your statement under Paddle.
