Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Toddler tasty times application, website, content, meal suggestions, tools, and related services (collectively, the "App") provided by Tastytimes LLC ("Tastytimes LLC," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using the App, or by clicking "I Agree" or a similar button, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The App is intended solely for use by adults who are parents, legal guardians, or other adults legally authorized to make food and nutrition decisions for a child.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to provide information relating to, and make food-related decisions for, the child or children connected to your account.

Toddler tasty times provides general informational content, meal suggestions, recipe ideas, ingredient guidance, and educational nutrition-related materials for toddlers and young children.

The App is intended for informational and general wellness purposes only and does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized nutrition therapy.

The App and all content made available through it are provided for informational and educational purposes only, and are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietetic advice.

Nothing in the App constitutes or should be relied upon as medical advice, pediatric advice, dietetic advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance.

You should always consult a qualified physician, pediatrician, registered dietitian, allergist, or other licensed healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes for a child, especially where allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, developmental concerns, feeding issues, or special dietary needs may be involved.

Your use of the App does not create any physician-patient, dietitian-patient, clinician-patient, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and Tastytimes LLC.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether any suggestion, recipe, meal, food, ingredient, portion, or substitution is appropriate for your child.

You are solely responsible for reviewing ingredients, identifying allergens, checking texture and choking risks, verifying age appropriateness, ensuring safe storage and preparation, and supervising food consumption by your child.

Tastytimes LLC does not supervise your child, your kitchen, your ingredient choices, or your preparation methods.

Tastytimes LLC does not warrant or guarantee that any meal suggestion is free from allergens, safe for a particular child, or appropriate for any medical, developmental, cultural, or religious need.

Even if the App allows you to enter preferences or profile details, the App may not account for all allergies, intolerances, cross-contact risks, medical histories, prescription diets, nutrient deficiencies, or special feeding requirements.

If your child has a known or suspected allergy, intolerance, medical condition, or special nutritional requirement, do not rely solely on the App and consult an appropriate licensed professional before using any suggestion.

You acknowledge that children's nutritional needs vary significantly and that information suitable for one child may be unsuitable for another.

You further acknowledge and agree that your use of the App and any reliance on its content is at your sole risk.

You assume full responsibility for any decision to prepare, modify, serve, or permit consumption of any food based on App content.

We do not warrant that the App, its content, or any suggestion will be complete, accurate, reliable, current, safe, nutritionally appropriate, or suitable for your child's circumstances.

We do not guarantee any health, wellness, developmental, behavioral, or dietary outcome from use of the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App and all related content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

Without limiting the foregoing, Tastytimes LLC disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and quiet enjoyment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tastytimes LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the App or your use of or reliance on the App.

This includes, without limitation, claims arising from allergic reactions, illness, choking, contamination, nutritional imbalance, ingredient substitutions, food preparation, or any other injury, loss, or damage allegedly related to meal suggestions or other App content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Tastytimes LLC for any and all claims arising out of or related to the App will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Tastytimes LLC for use of the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.

You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tastytimes LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and agents from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the App.
• Your reliance on any content in the App.
• Your preparation, handling, serving, or storage of food.
• Any alleged injury, illness, allergy, choking event, or adverse outcome involving a child associated with your use of the App.
• Your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information you enter into the App is complete, accurate, and current.

If you provide incomplete or inaccurate information, the App's output may be unsuitable or unsafe, and Tastytimes LLC will not be responsible for any resulting outcome.

The App is not intended for emergencies and must not be used as a substitute for emergency medical care.

If your child is experiencing a medical emergency, choking, breathing difficulty, or a severe allergic reaction, seek immediate emergency assistance rather than relying on the App.

The App may contain links to third-party products, services, recipes, websites, or informational resources.

Tastytimes LLC does not control, endorse, monitor, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services, and your access to such content is at your own risk.

The App, including its software, text, graphics, branding, logos, compilations, meal logic, design, and content, is owned by or licensed to Tastytimes LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, Tastytimes LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from the App except as expressly permitted in writing by Tastytimes LLC.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or safety risk, or used the App in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful manner.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, but provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including those relating to disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution.

The App is sold and operated by Tastytimes LLC, based in the State of Utah, United States. You can reach us through the Contact us option in the app's Settings menu or at support@toddlertastytimes.com.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle handles all payment, billing, invoicing, tax collection and remittance, and refund requests, and is the seller of record for your purchase. Charges appear on your statement under Paddle. Paddle's buyer terms are available at paddle.net.

TastyTimes Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription at the prices displayed in the app at the time of purchase, plus any applicable tax. The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings, Billing and plan; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

You agree not to use the App to upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts; to interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure; to scrape, resell, or redistribute App content; or to use the App for any illegal purpose.

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts.

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may require you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Utah, United States, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute shall be brought only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
